Ingredients

  • 125g Soft Butter
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 cup Self-Raising Flour
  • 2 Eggs

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160C
  2. Grease a cake tin with butter.
  3. Put butter, sugar, vanilla in a bowl and mix.
  4. Add eggs and beat well.
  5. Fold in flour, then spoon into the cake tin.
  6. Bake for 1 hour.
