Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Sifted Self-Raising Flour
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • Vanilla
  • 3 tbsp Melted Butter

Method

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200C.
  2. Place ingredients in to mixing bowl in order listed.
  3. Beat for 3 minutes, gradually increasing speed of beaters.
  4. Pour into a well greased 7"/18cm baking tin.
  5. Reduce oven to 180C and bake for 30 minutes.
